Based on surveys among companies, households, real estate agents and real estate developers the publication presents the situation and prospects of the main segments of the real estate market. The analysis is based on the answers of about 1300 companies, 80-100 real estate firms and a nationwide representative sample of 1000 households.
The report analyses the main developments in the real estate market of apartments, offices, retail stores, warehouses and industrial buildings.
We recommend this publication first of all to firms and institutions engaged in construction, sales and financing of real estates.
